Mascarpone

Of course i am not cheese specialist and not even gourmand, but, however.... On my table in kitchen in mystic way appeared a pack of Mascarpone cheese. On home - made pizza its ok, alone.....mmmm......where the taste gone? On fat piece of bread..not bad, but still taste of it gone for a walk, that's what I thought till that great moment. And the great moment was when i saw how fat this strange product in my fridge is - 1569 Cal per 100g !!!!!!
how u like it? So please dear gourmands , tell me where such mix of fats put and how to use it with ordinary food, coz i have calories bomb now in my fridge :)
