Do u know Mandala's?

Mandala's view on paper in front of me....piece of color chalk in my hand...
a cup of green evening tea and my favorite-vanilla incense....
hotel costes 3 in my ears.... long time haven't had evening like this..., i wish i had more
Have u ever tried to make a mandala? Even originally it should be made from sand, the implements depends on ur imagination. Oh, u may dont know what Mandala's is.
Well the old good uncle Google say its "circle – an idealized circular model of the cosmos, magic diagram or sign,or artistic representation of the cosmos, a focus for meditation";and aunt Wikipedia says "Mandala (Sanskrit maṇḍala "circle", "completion") is of Hindu origin. In Vajrayana they have been developed into sand painting. Mandala has become a generic term which represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically, a microcosm of the universe from the human perspective. A mandala, can be used during meditation as an object for focusing attention. The symmetrical geometric shapes tend to draw the attention towards their center. Psychiatrist Carl Jung saw the mandala as "a representation of the unconscious self," and believed his paintings of mandalas enabled him to identify emotional disorders and work towards wholeness in personality."
Pretty nice descriptions, huh? Besides Tibetan monks made it not from sand as its popular in Wests, but from sheredded marble.First time i tried one was about 3 years ago, when my tutorship told for a few of us bit about Mandalas and suggest to paint empty mandala's shapes on paper. it was fun and interesting. Not much i knew about colors matching and i am not the person who is very good at art. All in all i hooked. Pity not for a long time. But most of all i liked when after showing our painted mandalas to each other and tutorship we commented and tried analyse. I believe mandala reflect mood and personality of person who made it. Its work as deep relaxation when u drawing it.
check it out videos how it's made
